Cancellation Policy

Because cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive 3 days* notice prior to your confirmed arrival for a refund of your deposit, less a 25 fee per room. If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 3 days,* regardless of the reason, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, unless we can re-book your room.

* For group reservations of five rooms or more a 60-day cancellation period applies.

Travel Insurance

We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

Rates

Rates as shown or quoted over the phone are based on per night double occupancy and are subject to the 9% Ranza Hotel Lodging Tax. Suites and Rooms rates can be viewed HERE.

Deposit

We require a deposit on all reservations. Reservations of 1-2 nights require a 1 night deposit: 3-6 nights, a 2 night deposit. A week or more 50% deposit.

Children/Pets

Ranza Hotel welcomes well-behaved children of all ages. Two Children under 12 stay free with parents. Babysitting services are provided for a fee. Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in is 3 P.M. If you are going to be delayed past 9:00 pm, please notify us. Check-out time is 11 A.M

Parking

Ranza Hotel offers one complimentary parking space per room from 3 P.M on check in day until 11 A.M on check out day. Cars must be removed upon check out.

Pool

Our year round indoor heated pool hours are from 7 A.M to 11 P.M.

Guest Responsibility

While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
